Bangladesh customer ordered special material furnace nose used for continuous hot dip galvanizing line.

The furnace nose is a key equipment in the hot-dip galvanizing production line, and it mainly plays the following roles:

1. Sealed furnace body: The furnace nose is located between the annealing furnace and the galvanizing tank, one end is connected to the annealing furnace, and the other end is deeply embedded in the galvanizing tank. It can effectively prevent the leakage of protective gas in the furnace, while preventing external air from entering the furnace, maintaining the reducing atmosphere and a stable temperature and humidity environment in the furnace, providing good conditions for the annealing and galvanizing of strip steel. -

2. Guiding strip steel : The furnace nose provides the strip steel with an accurate guide channel from the annealing furnace to the galvanizing tank, ensuring that the strip steel can enter the galvanizing tank accurately for hot dipping, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the strip steel operation, avoiding problems such as deviation and scratching of the strip steel, and improving the quality and production efficiency of the galvanizing.

3. Stable zinc liquid : The part of the furnace nose penetrates deep into the galvanizing tank has a certain stabilization effect on the surface of the zinc liquid, which can reduce the fluctuations and splashes of the zinc liquid, keep the surface of the zinc liquid relatively calm, which is conducive to the strip steel evenly plating the zinc layer and improving the quality and consistency of the galvanized layer. 4. Temperature adjustment : The furnace nose has a certain insulation and heat insulation function, which can reduce heat loss, help maintain the stability of the zinc liquid temperature, keep the zinc liquid temperature within a suitable range, and ensure the normal progress of the hot-dip galvanizing process. At the same time, it can prevent the strip from excessively reducing the temperature before entering the zinc liquid to a certain extent, which is conducive to improving the galvanizing effect.
