The six-roll reversible rolling mill includes a rolling line adjustment device, an upper support roll, an upper intermediate roll, an intermediate roll bending and shifting device, an upper working roll, a working roll bending hydraulic cylinder, a working roll bending block, a lower working roll, a lower intermediate roll, a frame, a lower support roll and a roll gap adjustment hydraulic cylinder.

The rolling line adjustment device is used to adjust the rolling line height. The intermediate roll bending and shifting device is used to adjust the plate shape. The working roll bending hydraulic cylinder is used to adjust the plate shape. The roll gap adjustment hydraulic cylinder is used to adjust the outlet thickness of the rolled piece.

However, the working rolls of conventional six-roll cold rolling mills cannot be made too small, and the ratio of the diameter (roller body diameter) and width (strip width) of the working rolls is generally not less than 0.25.
