Since Europe applied hot-dip galvanizing to industry in 1836, it has a history of 140 years. However, the hot-dip galvanizing industry has been developed on a large scale in the past 30 years along with the rapid development of cold-rolled strip steel. 


The production process of hot-dip galvanized coils mainly includes: original sheet preparationpretreatment(Clean surface)hot-dip galvanizingpost-galvanizing treatmentfinished product inspection, etc. 


According to custom, the hot-dip galvanizing process is often divided into two categories: off-line annealing and on-line annealing according to the different raw materials of steel coils. namely, off-line annealing wet-flux method (chemical continuous hot-dip galvanizing method), on-line annealing Sendzimir method (protective gas method), improved Sendzimir method, US Steel method (same as Japan Kawasaki method), Selas method and Sharon method.

HiTo Annealing furnace
● The burner used for heating the radiation tube is equipped with an efficient heat exchanger, which can heat the combustion air to above 400℃, effectively reducing gas consumption, saving energy, and increasing revenue. Adding heat exchangers for flue gas and water in the pipeline for exhaust gas after combustion can heat the alkaline solution and clean water in the cleaning section, improve the cleaning effect, and obtain a clean surface of the strip. There is also a gas air heat exchanger that can be used to obtain clean hot air for blowing and cleaning the plate strip after cleaning.

● The tension measuring roller and two-roller tension roller are set in front of the furnace, and the tension in the furnace is closed loop controlled to ensure that the steel strip in the furnace is not affected by the fluctuation of tension outside the furnace, and the strip runs more smoothly in the furnace and has good shape.
● HiTo use the no oxidation direct flame combustion technology with preheating section to heat the strip. High heating speed, high thermal efficiency, saving energy consumption.

● The advanced protective gas circulating cooling device (RJC) and AC frequency conversion speed regulation are adopted, which can effectively control the cooling speed and cooling end temperature of the strip steel.

● The whole furnace is sealed, which can not only avoid high-temperature oxidation of strip steel, but also ensure safe and controllable atmosphere in the furnace.

● Except the bricklaying of the bottom of the non-oxidation furnace, the furnace lining adopts light structure. The furnace lining is lined with ceramic fiber, which can effectively reduce the heat dissipation and heat storage loss of the furnace body and reduce the control inertia of the furnace.

● The annealing furnace is heated by flue gas and equipped with a comprehensive waste heat recovery system, which can replace steam (or electricity) and be applied to the whole line of cleaning liquid heating and hot air-drying system heating. Good use synchronization.

● HiTo using jet ceramic induction zinc pot, it has the advantages of fast heating, uniform temperature, long service life and less zinc dross.

● Optional: Set HiTo 4-rollers skin pass mill with double support roller drive, can effectively improve product surface quality, eliminate yield platform, improve product cold stamping performance.

● The HiTo tension leveler with two bending and one straightening can effectively improve the shape and surface quality of strip steel and enhance the competitiveness of products.

● Adopt double coating head passivation roller coater.
